Alerters and Process Routing

To enable workflow and job monitoring the Civica Financials Alerter module has been developed to monitor business activity throughout the Civica Financials system. The process gives the ability to use events and triggers from the Financials database to initiate actions such as to generate an email or a report or even a SMS text message. This is very much action by exception and removes the need to distribute blanket reports, that are potentially ignored. Instead information is directed to an individual when that individual needs to take specific action.

The Civica Financials Alerter module provides a set of software, services and pre-defined process flows that allows the user of Civica Financials to refine the authorisation, scheduling and escalation to suit their own local business requirements.
