Automatic Invoice Processing

Civica has teamed up with Kofax and linked the industry leading Kofax Capture and Kofax Transformation Module software to its Financials system to provide an automatic invoice processing option that will save both time and money in processing creditor invoices and credit notes.

Automatic Invoice Processing (AIP) is the ability, not only to record the image of a document, but also automatically read and then retrieve data from that scanned image. This data is then loaded into the Financials Creditors module, thus removing the need to manually key invoices.

With AIP, Civica has a product that is addressing an emerging need from our user base and is priced to make it a cost-effective addition to Civica Financials.
