Contract Monitoring
The Contract Monitoring module is fully integrated with the Civica Financials Purchasing and Web Channel system. The facility allows the creation of contracts which are linked to product selection, directing the user to contracted items by rank and or colour with comparative pricing for contracted items. It includes sophisticated matrix functionality for monitoring contracts visually and by report or online enquiry for orders used, committed and invoices matched against the contract with full drill facilities.
Users may attach start and end dates to contracts and therefore product selections allowing products associated with the contract to have different pricing and details while the contract is active. The contracts can be set to automatically open and close and to be suspended if spend thresholds are reached.
Phased commitments can be easily created reflecting the intended phase spend against the contract, these phased commits are “down-dated” as orders are raised against the contract and daily metric information is gathered taking a snapshot of the state of spend on the contract. This can be used to show trends during the life of the contract.
