Civica's Paris solution is an integrated case management system for monitoring and managing all aspects of community-based health and social care. It is used by health service providers and local authorities across the UK and Canada, including within the NHS National Programme for IT in England.

Having recently acquired PSCAL, Civica now provides service level agreement management (SLAM) and costing systems for healthcare commissioners and providers. Adopted by 185 trusts, SLAM is the leading product of its type in the sector.

Civica’s Electronic Document Management and Workflow systems are amongst the most widely used in the public sector. Some 200 organisations have successfully deployed solutions that enhance service delivery and improve efficiency through streamlined processes and pathways whilst also making substantial savings from the removal of paper records.
