Civica supplies more than 800 local authorities globally including more than 90% of councils in the UK and more than 300 in Australia and New Zealand where the company is the leading systems supplier. Underpinned by leading systems for customer contact, case management and administration and informed by successful programmes across service departments the Group provides the means to streamline services for the whole business of local government.

Social Housing 

A leading partner for the social housing sector, Civica provides a complete IT-based foundation to help organisations deliver more productive tenant services. The Group supplies a wide range of Registered Social Landlords, Arm’s Length Management Organisations and local authorities, together with commercial and public sector works organisations, managing from 250 to over 110,000 units.

Health & Social Care 

Civica works with health service providers and their partners in the UK and internationally to deliver software and services that help to streamline the management of care and to improve patient services. Drawing on experience across local public services, Civica offers a strong foundation as organisations look to provide safe, economic and personalised local care.

Enforcement & Emergency Services 

Civica works with blue-light organisations and government agencies in the UK and the USA to help protect communities and to bring about improved civil and police enforcement across road traffic, security and environmental services, underpinned by expertise in secure data communication and mobile working. The group is also a leading provider of fleet management systems, supplying solutions to 70% of police forces and 40% of fire and rescue services.
