    Tower Hamlets slashes benefits processing times through outsourced Electronic Post Room
    Civica and Tower Hamlets designed a radical new approach based on Civica’s Electronic Post Room, a fully outsourced document tracking and processing system based around its electronic tagging technology, FileTrail, that would be integrated with the existing Civica EDM system.

    The vetting departments of the Army, Navy, Air Force and MoD were brought together into one department, creating a vast file registry of over 400,000 records. Four separate indexing systems resulted in an unstructured registry that threatened to get out of control.

    Atchison Topeka Thinks Outside the Box
    Atchison Topeka shut down their Gloucester warehouse and relocated to a custom-built site in Droitwich. 32,000 boxes of records, all tracked by Civica's file tracking software, had to be merged with the Droitwich records, which had no tracking system at all.
