Civica Records Management provides a cost-effective, file conversion service. When you contact us, one of our Consultants will visit you to assess your requirement and provide a fixed quote so the exact conversion cost is known in advance.
Paper to Electronic Conversion Service includes:
- Document boxing and transportation
- Preparation and Seperation of documents
- Scanning to an agreed format
- Indexing to prearranged specifications
- OCR to facilitate text searching on scanned documents
- Loading indexed, scanned images to the required media (e.g. CD)
- Uploading images for web based hosting if required
- Return or destruction of documents after an agreed QA period
Our Service Manager and conversion team use the latest technology to produce high definition monochrome, greyscale and full colour document scans up to A3 in size. Civica provides the appropriate software tools to retrieve, view and manage document images, should you decide to maintain archives in house.
