Tranman’s grey fleet management solution is designed to control the administration and legal compliance of your grey fleet drivers. ‘Grey fleet’ refers to mileage carried out in employee-owned vehicles – a difficult area for fleet managers to manage, especially in respect of mileage, accident management and general vehicle maintenance.

Legal requirements are managed by exception, without the costly manual collection of documents. Instead drivers can upload electronic copies of documents such as MOT certificates, driving licence or insurance documents through a self service web portal.
